• We will spend Saturday afternoon talking about menopause --the what and the why. (Including hot flashes, mood changes,  sleep disturbance, sexual and body changes, etc. )

1. High tea will be served and we will talk about how to navigate and optimize this time of your life.
2. You have the option to stay the night to keep the conversation going. Have dinner and connect socially with other women experiencing similar symptoms and enjoy a fresh breakfast with one final session on what steps to take next!
