Weather permitting, join us for an enlightening evening as we tackle women's health issues, including menopause, intimacy, vaginal and urinary health. On Thursday, July 6th at 7 PM, we will be hosting this informative event at Chagrin River Park in Willoughby.
Our esteemed panel, comprised of three women's health experts - Anna, Jean, and Rachel - will provide a comprehensive overview of menopause, including its fundamentals and common symptoms, such as hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, difficulty sleeping, and mood changes. We will explore various treatment options, both hormonal and non-hormonal, and offer expert guidance to help you manage this transitional period with confidence.
In addition, we will delve into the sensitive topics of vulvar/vaginal and bladder changes, including dryness, decreased sex drive, leaking urine, and bladder infections. Our panelists will offer valuable insights and advice on how to address these issues and improve your overall quality of life.
This is a free event, and we encourage you to bring your friends and family (and friendly furry friends)
There are 3 entrances to this park, please enter off of Reeve's Road and park at the main parking lot and meet near the playground.
