Spill the tea, let's talk about menopause

We would like to invite you to a retreat to answer all of your questions about menopause. On Saturday May 6 at 11 AM, our group of up to 20 will gather at the Emerald Necklace Inn. We will discuss the fundamentals of menopause and common symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, difficulty sleeping, and mood changes. We will review treatment options including both hormonal and non-hormonal. We will also discuss vulvar/vaginal and bladder changes such as dryness, decreased sex drive, leaking urine, and bladder infections. In addition, we will have guest speaker, Mary Ellen Layman, certified joyologist, discuss how to find joy in your life. Come spend your afternoon with 3 women's health experts:  Anna, Jean, and Rachel and spill the tea and talk about menopause.

In addition to support and education, the price of your tickets includes a full tea. Most importantly, it will be a chance to connect with others going through the same things.
