The Global Menopause Community Virtual Retreat: "Love, Sex, and Menopause"

We would like to invite you to a 2 hour virtual retreat on love, sex, and menopause. On Saturday February 11th from 9am to 11am we will discuss what menopause is and treatment options for bothersome symptoms including hormones and non-hormonal options, vulvar and vaginal changes, and changes in desire with treatment options. We will have a discussion on vibration, lubrication, and sensation and end with a positive sex meditation. Most importantly, it will be a chance to connect with others going through the same things.
